An environmental education guide entitled "Find the Tree" which is aimed at a target audience of 6 to 12 year olds, for a recommended number of 10 participants and a monitor. The activity has a duration of 30 - 40 min and is recommended for spring and summer seasons.

The students walk around the schoolyard with a worksheet that includes drawings of the leaves and fruits of each tree species which are found around the school grounds. They will have to match each drawing to the corresponding tree in the yard and write the name of the tree down on the worksheet. The tree's name will be displayed on a small sign placed on or near the tree. This activity can also be carried out outside the school setting or schoolyard, as long as there is access to a suitable greenspace.
